Lincoln Plaza Residences, at the gateway to Bostons Leather District, overlooking the Rose Kennedy Greenway and the new Chinatown Park, will consist of eighty-five residences and eight commercial units in two buildings, The Lincoln and The Essex. Eleven of the residential units have been designated affordable by the City of Boston and will be sold by lottery to qualified buyers.

The Lincoln Building is a Renaissance Revival mercantile structure designed by the noted architect Willard T. Sears and built in 1894. Sears also designed the New Old South Church in the Back Bay, and the home of Isabella Stewart Gardner in the Fenway, now a museum. The Lincoln building is bounded on the north by Essex Street, on the west by Lincoln Street, and on the south by Tufts Street. The Street level and the basement will house 5 commercial units. The residences will be located on floors two through six. The main residence entrance will be at 70 Lincoln Street. Each floor will have ten residences; one studio, five one-bedrooms, and four two-bedrooms. Ceiling height on all floors will be approximately nine feet, ten and three-quarter inches in the living rooms and bedrooms. The Lincoln Building has two elevators.

FINAL PHASE NOW SELLING! Located within the Charlestown Navy Yard, Parris Landing, originally known simply as building 42, was constructed for and used as a nautical machine shop. Upon closing of the active Navy Yard, Parris Landing was then thereafter converted to residential rental units under Bostons historic preservation guidelines. In late 2004, the property was purchased by Carlyle CQ Boston, re-named Parris Landing in honor of renowned 19th century architect Alexander Parris, designer of numerous buildings in and around Boston as well as the Navy Yard, and the transformation to residential condominiums began. Over the past several months, Parris Landing has been undergoing significant capital improvements in all areas of the property. Led by international design icon Philippe Starck and his London based firm Yoo by Starck, Parris Landing combines unique historical architecture with 20th century innovative design.

One of our favorite buildings in downtown Boston. 360 Newbury is at the corner of Newbury and Massachusetts Ave looking over virtually everything with its 360 degree views. This ultra moder loft conversion of a Frank Gehry designed building has recently just got C of O and pre-construction buyers of 360 Newbury have started closing on their new condos.
There are many new condo developments going up all over Boston, but limited here in the Back Bay, making 360 Newbury even that much more special. 360 Newbury is 8 stories, 54 units and is priced between 550k to more than 2.6M. 360 Newbury is being developed by Curtis Kemmeny of Boston Residential Group. If you are looking for luxury, crisp, open, large volume spaces, 360 Newbury may be the ultimate Back Bay Condo for you!
360 Newbury is marketed by Otis & Ahearn (Amy Jacobs) and you can find more information on the property @ www.360Newbury.com or on condoDomain.com another great source for Back Bay Condos.
