Residences at the InterContinental Condos in Boston

The Residences at the InterContinental has also recently opened its doors to both the condos and the hotel. The Residences got their C of O two weeks ago and have already moved in a many of the new condo hotel owners.

The Residences at The InterContinental is comprised of a five-star, flagship InterContinental Hotel on the first 12 floors of the building, and 130 luxury condominium units located on the 14th floor to the 21st floors. The development is Bostons first new waterfront residences in 14 years. Prices start at $785k and go up as high as $6.8M unless of course if you start combining unitswhich there are rumors of some individuals doing so.

Designed by Howard Elkus, the building was inspired by the shape of a ship, with all-glass wings and curved lines. The building will include a 424-key luxury hotel with first-class restaurants, a day spa and a 1 acre park & public promenade on the waters edge. Residents will have access to all hotel amenities, including room service, fitness center, maid service and valet parking. The contemporary glass and curtain wall architecture of the building is truly amazing, and offer full-length water and city views.

The Macallen is directly across from the Broadway T stop on the Red Line and on a major bus route. SOHA Lofts in Boston South End SOHA District

Soha Lofts will feature true loft style open floor plans. There will be select units that will have exposed beams and brick. Also in keeping with the true loft style of this building there will be 10 ft. ceilings and polished concrete floors. Underground garage parking will be available. There will be 59 converted industrial loft spaces and 27 newly constructed lofts.
