Unions Blitz Brady

I cant believe I am posting this as I DO NOT SUPPORT what the unions are doing to Tom or what they do to any of these Boston developers – Its just BAD business and there is nothing anyone can do to change my mind on what the unions have done to Boston construction costs!

Guerilla Marketing for Boston Ad Space

Newspaper advertising slowing down – YUP just took these photos 2 minutes ago from our Newbury Street office window. Here are some crazy looking bikes & walk-a-bout advertising. Hey Boston.com – I would watch that Red Housing Logo – Redfin.com just got their hand slapped by Move.com which uses a very similar logo. (we liked the purple dog the best anyway)

Commonwealth Ave Auction

Last Thursday 130 Commonwealth Avenue held its private auction rambled off by Sheldon Good & Company out of Chicago. I still don’t believe any offers have been accepted (anyone, anyone).
