Battery Wharf Gets New Website Design, well a new splash page at least while the new design is underway.

Underway is the new marketing efforts to sell these ultra luxury North End condos and a nice approach of a “European Enclave” which I believe to be a great fit and brand for this waterfront property.

We are currently scheduled to do a “Project: DEVELOPMENT” on Battery Wharf shortly, but in the meantime if you are interested in full service condominium living in one of Boston’s oldest and most organic neighborhoods - Battery Wharf is truly a gem (if you can swing the price tag).

What other way to best find our newest team member that to “BLOG” for them?

So here it is…we are blogging for Boston Real Estate Agents to join our team.  Well, actually we are looking for 1 SUPERSTAR, rock-the-house, data soaking, business minded, super organized, mega-social, real estate agent who wants to be apart of the fastest growing Boston real estate company.

Shipway

Shipway Place was the first condominium developed in the Charlestown Navy Yard. Now there are a bunch more including Parris Landing, Harborview at the Navy Yard, Flagship Wharf and the Basillica. There are 48 residential condos plus 9 commercial condos units in Shipway Place. These townhouses are all located on the waterfront and range in size from 1,400sf to almost 2,400sf. All have at least 1 parking space. Fireplaces, decks with views, many units highly upgraded, Shipways is an excellent place to live. All units have at least 2 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. Shipway Place was the first condo development to be completed in the Navy Yard in 1985/6.
