285 Columbus Lofts First ClosingOne of our all time favorite Boston Condo developments (and developers) 285 Columbus Lofts got its C/O Monday and began closings immediately. The booming South End market has just accelerated even more with quick sales velocity from 285 Columbus Lofts. The almost 70% pre-sold loft development located at the corner of Columbus Avenue & Clarendon Street boasts incredibly fine European finishes. Curtis Kemeny, Developer of 285 Columbus Lofts hit the nail on the head (as always) just like he did with 360 Newbury, a condo-conversion in the Back Bay in which he sold out early last year.

  1. Kevin Smith says:

What is your opinion on this building? Many people are comparing it to 360 Newbury is 285 Columbus of the same caliber?

  2. Project is a homerun, just like 360 Newbury. Curtis Kemeny (developer of both) just gets it. He knows how to develop a great product and keep the cost of living down!

Touches with 8′doors and European lit hallways on top of its boutique lobby such a nice touch!

I would say even 285 might be a step up from 360 Newbury.

70% sold…Interested? Let us know…they are going fast.
