Curtis Kemeny (developer of both) just gets it. He knows how to develop a great product and keep the cost of living down! Touches with 8'doors and European lit hallways on top of its boutique lobby such a nice touch! I would say even 285 might be a step up from 360 Newbury. 70% sold...Interested?
