On June 11th 2009 45 Province, Boston’s hottest new condo development celebrated its official Grand Opening and your CondoDomain team was lucky to be able to attend this exciting event where we officially watched Mayor Thomas M. Menino cut the red ribbon along with others such as Former Governor Cellucci in attendance.

The 45 Province Grand Opening celebration officially kicked off at 2pm with Robert Epstein, the Chairman and CEO of The Abbey Group thanking the Mayor, Governor Cellucci and others for attending this opening at 45 Province. Then Mayor Menino, John Fish, CEO of Suffolk Construction, and David Epstein, President and COO of The Abbey Group all spoke, reflecting on this exciting new Boston condo development reflecting on this historic area, its redevelopment, and tremendous progress and growth.
These informative and exciting speeches were following by the ribbon cutting and the unveiling of the plaque along Governor’s Alley which includes the names & dates of service of every governor in the history of the Commonwealth. With the progress of this new development along with the addition of new restaurants to this area of town makes this celebration one of much excitement.
