So there’s been a lot of buzz in the market about the American Brewery Lofts. This is because 21 of the 79 original units are being auctioned on Saturday, June 26th at the Colonnade Hotel, for as much as 57% below the original asking price. The lofts are RIGHT on the border of Mission Hill and Jamaica Plain (Velocity Marketing Services, the company handling the ABL’s marketing, which, for the record, I think is inadequate, would have you believe that the address, 251 Heath St., is in the trendier, Boston-Globe-endorsed Jamaica Plain neighborhood, but the project architect and City Hall would tell you that it’s clearly in Mission Hill) and feature floor plans from approximately 810 square feet to approximately 1,621 square feet with minimum bids ranging from $195,000 to $295,000.
So why should YOU, *cough* potential buyers *cough*, be interested in the American Brewery Lofts?
1.) If you’re reading this, then you already know…
CondoDomain is a buyers brokerage that will work with you through the entire auctioning, buying, and closing processes of your new loft. And best of all, our acclaimed business model gives you a portion of the commission in CASHBACK! That’s right, we take a percentage of the commission (how we make our money) and GIVE IT BACK TO YOU! Call us at 877 852 6636 for more information on how to get the buying process started.
2.) Lofts are cool!
Contrary to what Scott Van Voorhis, author of Have Lofts Lost Their Edge?, suggests, I think lofts are refreshing. There’s something about those high ceilings and open spaces that is warm and welcoming; something that seems to suggest a truly shared space. Plus, if you’ve been on the apartment search in Boston, then you’re probable sick of 2BR 1BA apartments with tiny kitchens in old buildings with buzzers that may or may not work… At least the American Brewery lofts are a fairly recently development!
3.) No excuses…
If you go to www.BreweryLoftAuction.com, then you’ll find that from June 3rd to June 25th, Velocity Marketing Services will be holding open houses at the available lofts Monday through Friday from 12:00 noon to 7:00pm, and Saturdays and Sundays from 11:00am to 5:00pm. If you have any interest at all in purchasing a condo/apartment/loft in the Boston area, then you really have no excuse not to attend an open house and see the lofts at the old American Brewery for yourself.
CondoDomain’s own Tim Bottomley, working independently for www.TopTenRealEstateDeals.com of course, has selected the Jamaica Plain (or should I say Mission Hill?) lofts as the 3rd best deal in all of Boston real estate. There is no doubting this, as prices have been slashed in half from original asking prices (see opening paragraph for numbers) and with their vaulted ceilings, preserved historical elements, full-size open kitchens, washer/dryer hookups, and an underground parking space, their beauty, style, and practicality are undeniable.
5.) 5,000 square foot indoor courtyard…
If these five reasons weren’t enough to spark your interest in the American Brewery Lofts, then I don’t know what to tell you… Except to call CondoDomain at 877 852 6636CASHBACK! for all of your Boston real estate needs. Remember, when you buy with us you get
