I just did a quick search for all Boston condos for sale in all downtown neighborhoods at all price points that came on the market within the last 5 days. (See Search Results Here)
They range from all over. The most expensive is a unit at The Mandarin which came on for $5.5M and the least expensive is a unit at 21 Alberdeen Street for $170,000.

As if the opening of the Mandarin Oriental on Boylston isn’t exciting enough for Boston! We learned recently that Gucci is moving into these new digs as well!
Leaving their current location in Copley, Gucci now joins a crew of other exceptional retail stores only adding to the extravagant appeal of taking up residence in the Mandarin.
The store will be about 6,750 square feet and opens this November! Ladies…ready, set, go handbag shopping!

The grand opening of the city’s most luxurious hotel and condominium complex, Mandarin Oriental Boston, will be delayed by at least two months so developers can repair damage from a fire last month.
The Boylston Street hotel complex, which includes stores and restaurants, will now open in “early fall, 2008,” the Boston developer of the $250 million project, CWB Boylston, said yesterday. The Mandarin, which will house new digs for the restaurant L’Espalier, had been scheduled to open in July.
