The W Hotel & Condos is rising right in the heart of downtown Boston. This gorgeous structure is really changing the street scape of Boston. Driving down Stuart Street yesterday, the street activity, construction walkways and crosswalks reminded me Manhattan. Could the W Boston re-center the core of downtown Boston. Look at the projects that we have in this area: One Charles, Ritz Millennium, Grandview, Four Seasons & The Metropolitan

Boston parking is so expensive…there is even a book on it to show you how to save thousands. Get it here.
Parking is hard to find and prices are only getting higher, according to the fifth annual parking rate survey released Friday by Colliers International real estate service company.

If it hasn’t already … it will. Visit apartment 9-A and meet “Stefan” and his new friend.
“Stefan” works in hedge funds. He has this killer apartment in District, that new building on Ann Street. Thursdays, he has his buddies over for single malts in the billiards room. Shops at Prada, spends Saturdays gallery-hopping in Chelsea. Dinners at the Spotted Pig, nightcaps at the Bowery Hotel. He?d be a catch if he were ready to settle down.
And if he actually existed. Stefan is a fiction, a full-size Sim. District wont be …

Weighing in at $7,000,000 bucks, the first re-sale listing of the completely PRE-sold out Residences at the Mandarin Oriental hits the market. See the MLS listing. The Residences at the Mandarin Oriental are questionably going to be the most luxuious address in Boston. The Mandarin Oriental Boston should shell out its normal top of the line hotel services as they so modestly did in the mega mixed use development in Manhattan – The Time Warner Center in Columbus Circle. Look for the grand opening of this hotel and its luxury …

Boston’s condo price record – smashed by a blockbuster $14 million sale at the deluxe Mandarin Oriental – is in danger of being broken again.
The entire top floor of the Trinity Place condo tower, a supersized eight-bedroom, eight-bath penthouse, recently hit the market. The asking price: $15 million.
Those thinking of bidding should be well into the multimillionaire category. The condo fees alone are enough to put a quick end to any daydreaming by the less-than-fabulously wealthy. They’re $10,304 a month.
The condo’s asking price was enough to turn the head …
