On April 3, Barbara Lynch opened the doors to her newest restaurant, Menton. This is the third venture Barbara Lynch has taken on in the Fort Point district following the opening of Seaport favorites, Drink and Sportello.

FP3 Lofts headlined Boston’s Metro paper this morning and our pal Joe Laurano still has sales “cook’in”. He notes in the article that part of this success was the pure volume of guests which have come to visit Barbara Lynch’s “DRINK” and “Sportello” restaurants which are located right in the building.

Buyers increasingly jumped off the sidelines of the downtown Boston condominium market in the last months of 2009, pushing up sales and prices, according to data released yesterday.
Sales were up 20.4 percent during the fourth quarter, compared with the same period in 2008, according to Listing Information Network, a private company that tracks real estate data in downtown Boston.
Median selling prices also increased, by 4.2 percent, for the first fourth-quarter gain since 2006.

FP3 rocked out last month with more than 7 closings on the book an additional 4 reservations taken bringing this project back into the spotlight.
