The 2,075 square foot 01 floorplan is obviously the premier unit in this building, offering residents one of the most architecturally unique layouts in the city. The upper floors of this particular floorplan have been sold, with only units 201 and 301 remaining. Some Buyers of this floorplan have even created a third bedroom in the space, which has worked well.
Buyer’s concerns about the rather unattractive billboard immediately outside floors 2 and 3 are tempered by the board approved Eleven West Broadway luxury condo development project that will tear down the billboard and attached building underneath.
I want to get in this building. It looks awesome for the price point and there is hardly and lofts to choose from.
