Located at 251 Heath Street, the development is just steps to the Heath Street station which is on the Green line, Heath St (E) train.

Who is the developer of the building? How old is the project?

The developer of the building is Commonwealth Ventures LLV, a Connecticut based Commercial Real Estate Firm. The building was originally built in 1900 but was completely renovated and converted to condo units in 2007.

What amenities does the building have to offer?

The American Brewery Lofts have a fully equipped, onsite exercise room, a beautifully landscaped common courtyard and garage parking

What are condo fees like/ what do they cover?

Condo Fees range from about $400-500 a month, depending on the unit. They cover Heat, Hot Water, Gas, Water, Sewer, Master Insurance, Elevator, Exterior Maintenance, Landscaping, Snow Removal, Extra Storage, Refuse Removal, Garden Area. It should also be noted that there are not common laundry facilities. Each unit comes with a washer and dryer hook up so that residents will have their own washer and dryer units in their home.

What is included in the sale of an auctioned unit?

Each unit will come with on deeded, indoor, garage parking space.
