Since the auction at Audubon Park in 2010 we haven’t seen any new construction pop up in the Audubon Circle area. Which amazes me because the auction was one of the most successful we’ve witnessed in years!
For those of you that missed out on Audubon Park (and I know you are out there) another developer has just released 6 new construction units in a boutique brownstone in the heard of Audubon Circle.
All units have 2 beds and at least 2 baths. Prices range from $489,000 for 850 square feet to $639,000 for 1,100 square feet.
As we’ve come to expect, all units will have oak hardwood flooring, custom mill work, central A/C, fireplaces and in unit laundry. All but one of the units will have private outdoor space. Don’t worry though, that one unit has roof rights so the new owner can design their own roof deck.
They are offering two different finish packages for the kitchens, depending on your style. However, each will feature custom cabinetry, granite counters and GE profile stainless steel appliances. The entire unit has IPOD integrated surround sound.
Parking is on the street or you can rent parking in the area.
