The long awaited Broadluxe Auction is finally here! The Broadluxe Auction will consists of 44 Individual Units ~ Sizes Range from 539 to 1,887 sf.

If you are interested in bidding on a unit(s) at the Broadluxe Auction, MAKE SURE to contact us so we can REGISTER you. Letting us register you allows us to represent you as a buyers broker at the auction. This also allows you to take part in our innovative business model which refunds you back cash at closing for the majority of our commission.     I’ve never been to a real estate auction, but I find the countdown kind of hilarious…I mean, I guess it is a big deal to those who just cannot wait…I could have never bought a property at an auction…I come from that bunch of folks who does their homework on everything…sometimes waiting too long to make a decision…and sometimes just landing on the pot of gold! We’re happy to have gone the route we did…Now, we cannot wait to move! Will need to check out this area though…As I continue to get to know Boston…
