I’ve never been to a real estate auction, but I find the countdown kind of hilarious…I mean, I guess it is a big deal to those who just cannot wait…I could have never bought a property at an auction…I come from that bunch of folks who does their homework on everything…sometimes waiting too long to make a decision…and sometimes just landing on the pot of gold! We’re happy to have gone the route we did…Now, we cannot wait to move! Will need to check out this area though…As I continue to get to know Boston…
