Bryant on Columbus Goes Auction
Rumors are a brewing that the ultra-luxury Bryant on Columbus Avenue is going Auction. Just a week after the Nouvelle at Natick condo auction was announced – the South End luxury condominium development has rumors out there that the Bryant will be looking to “accelerate” their sales via an auction.
We are trying to get to the sources to confirm this – however – it has NOT been confirmed yet.

The Bryant on Columbus developed by Wasserman/Vornado out of Providence, RI was originally marketed by Otis & Ahearn, later to be taken over by Tracy Campion’s Campion and Company Real Estate in partnership with the queen of sales and marketing herself – Louise Sunshine – founder of The Sunshine Group, Manhattans top marketing firm.
The luxury South End condo project via the Boston Hearld today…
“In a sign of the times for Boston’s luxury condominium market, the Bryant is on the auction block, sources told the Herald.
The new nine-story brick-and-concrete building at 303 Columbus Ave. in the South End is the latest project to face the auctioneer’s gavel as sales of luxury condos have fallen to their lowest level in years.
Just five of the Bryant’s 50 units have sold – as sales of downtown condos in excess of $500,000 have plummeted by 35 percent for the first eight months of the year, according to the Warren Group.”
More information regarding The Bryant Condo Auction as we confirm details later today.
