So there’s been a lot of buzz in the market about the American Brewery Lofts. This is because 21 of the 79 original units are being auctioned on Saturday, June 26th at the Colonnade Hotel, for as much as 57% below the original asking price. Just this week, a few of our CondoDomain agents have checked out a few Boston lofts around town.
