45 PROVINCE announced today a lease agreement with the Torit Language Center Montessori that will open a two floor 6,000 sf. school at the downtown Boston luxury condominium high rise building. West Square, previously “Emerald Court” was a proposed 243-unit condominium building. Recently, Lincoln Property Company submitted a Notice of Project Change (“NPC”) regarding the development located in the Seaport District on the city block of C Street, West First Street, D Street and West Second Street.
