I almost moved to the uptown area in Dallas (we were almost moving there instead of staying in Boston)...It's an awesome next step ... It's really coming together with beautiful properties and a really cool artsy, hip, public transportation accessible area. My best bud who lives in the suburbs is moving to the city for the hippness factor. But, if you are going to have to travel to that end - highly recommend you go when it cools down a bit!
