Condo Loan Center by Prospect Mortgage is a new “consumer direct” mortgage platform in partnership with CondoDomain.
As you may know, Prospect Mortgage has been a preferred lender of ours since our inception as a web-based broker in January of 2008. Working with this group has been nothing short of great and we look forward to helping build a “LOW COST” mortgage operation to pass even more “SAVINGS” on to our mutual clients.
The mortgage origination team is led by Anthony Longo, a seven year mortgage veteran specializing in condominium lending.
Longo has worked for and has been consistently one of the top national purchase producers for companies including Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, JPMorgan Chase Manhattan, New York Mortgage Company and now leads the consumer direct program for Prospect Mortgage.
