I had a sneak pick of this unit about month ago and it is truly a benchmark property for the financial district and will put Folio back on the map. The 1200sq ft of patio space looks over the harbor which would have been perfect for a Jay-Z & Beyonce wedding. The interior trumps any builds outs I have seen (Mandarin will challenge only) The light throughout the unit is great given the ample amounts of windows. The pictures do not do it justice. You must get inside the unit to appreciate the detail.
