FP3 rocked out last month with more than 7 closings on the book an additional 4 reservations taken bringing this project back into the spotlight.  With its re-priced marketing strategy, it seems that this building and neighborhood is very much in demand as most Boston new construction developments are still only turning out 2-4 closings per month.
