Toured the Industry Lofts during the Chelsea Art Walk. I liked some of the spaces, corner ones, but whoever picked out the cheap Ikea Red, Black and Blue plastic cabinets needs to rethink them. At $295K or more for some of those units I would expect much nicer quality cabinetry. In addition, couldn't they have splurged a little for a counter depth refrigerator? The refrigerator is so huge it overwhelms everything else.

The bathroom sizes are terrific, but with all that space you would have thought they could've put in an oversize tub. Instead they put in standard size tubs that seem dwarfed by the size of the room. In addition, the plastic spacepod shower looks cheap and is scary. If I were in the market (and you never know, I've been looking), I would have them immediately rip out all the finishes and put in better quality stuff.

The place has potential to wow but the units really feel like they ran out of money and put in what they could afford to get them useable and on the market.
