Some of you know and have been utilizing the “Leave a comment” feature on the listings on our website. Basically on any New Boston Condo Development, Existing Condo Building, Boston MLS listings, Foreclosure, FSBO and even Auctions – you can leave a comment for all of us to review.
The reason we implemented this feature was to provide a more transparent – 3rd party – view and information on particular listings or new developments on our site. After all…we cant know everything right?
For the most part users of our site are made up of potential buyers, local agents, investors, developers and real estate enthusiasts.
We believe the ability to add a comment and the addition of user generated content (UGC) really elevates the CondoDomain.com site and the information we love to deliver to our clients.
So…
If you know something about a new development, building, MLS listing, neighborhood or something that you would like to share….’speak of it’. We all benefit from YOUR input and comments.
So leave a comment next time you are viewing listings details on our website!

Since I am not a real estate professional, I am not sure how much your site will used anymore. I am becoming a real estate enthusiast…but if only there were a few more of me to have more time to devote to all these interests! Perhaps one day it will be a new profession.
However, if we do have any information on properties etc. we will keep the company posted. In fact, there is a property on Woodlawn Street in JP that has been listed by a close friend – I not only highly recommend the property, but the neighborhood!
Of course, I am biased – it’s now our neighborhood! Let me know if you’d like the information – I have notified my friend of your website, but I did not see the MLS etc. If you’d like to list the property, I can try to make the connection.

*Do not know MLS (we have unsubscribed to the sites that give me this information)
Tenants have done a NICE job with the place, living there for a number of years. Tenant is the reason I felt very confident in buying one street over at Tower St.
