Lofts Avana has been on the market a little while now and they are finally just over 50% sold. We have blogged about Lofts Avana and their slick interiors, however we have yet to actually get over there and check them out. Wow that should bring them out of the woodwork so great deals. Many places are offering incentives right now but this place offers some of the best. I like the idea of using an old building with it’s charm and converting it into living space a very “green” thing to do. Sounds like it’s a great place to live to.
