Longwood Towers a new condominium development which began selling units a little more than 2 years ago is just about to wrap up their first tower (phase 1). We took a tour of the newly “taken over” Longwood Towers today and we must say….we were quite impressed and sales were stronger than anticipated as well.
Longwood Towers Condominiums sit in beautiful Brookline, MA. The property sits right behind the Longwood Medial Area where thousands of medical professionals poor in on a daily basis.

Tower 3 (93 units) – This entire building is being re-pointed (fixing the exterior appearance) and is due t hi the mark in 2009. Should be an even more luxurious building than the other two…just raising the property value for this historically gorgeous property!
