Last night the Pappas Bro’s (and of course Dom & Marsha) threw a hip broker open house that a bunch of us gathered at. We love going to broker open’s over in South Boston because we get to meet so many new people Southie is really pulling in people from all over!
On with the building! The Macallen Building is Slick, Slick, Slick! We loved it. The finishes were top notch, roofdeck and pool was a killer surprise and the fact that every unit comes with a deeded garage parking spot and that you are only 35 steps across the street to the Red Line makes it the ultimate new full service South Boston Condo!
Stats: 12 Stories, 143 Units the website says there are only about 20 units left (we heard just under 30 lastnight). More Macallen Building details.
