boston mlsMLSPIN, Massachusetts largest MLS service for residential real estate ink’s a deal with The Boston Courant to provide weekly open houses data.

This is a good move for MLSPIN as prior to this LINK had the only real good resource for open houses data “off-line” with their exclusive relationship with Boston Homes weekly flyer.

Well, buyers…as you know you can get MLS open house data right on our site by click the “Open House Only” button … but if you prefer to take a paper on the fly…make sure you pick up the Courant (Starting a week from this Saturday!)

Brokers/Agents:

“Effective April 19th, The Boston Courant’s new publication “Open House” will publish all of your open houses for free on a weekly basis. The only thing you will need to do is opt-in for a transfer of your open houses through MLS PIN’s H3MLS system. Your open houses must be posted in H3MLS by 12:00 noon on Thursday of every week to ensure they are published in Boston Courant’s Open House. ”

  1. Concerned Broker says:

This will be the death of LINK.Compare their prices to MLS ans is it any suprise?

  2. Maybe. She has a great resource of data but with smaller start up real estate companies like ours and many brokers going out on their own because of thin margins…one can not afford to keep both services…not to mention that LINK is about triple the price of MLS too.
