Younger buyers who use the Web to house hunt prefer a hands-off approach with real estate agents, according to the article. I don’t like agents pushing properties on me. Id prefer to do the house hunting on my own online and go to Sunday open houses on my own, and then text my Realtor when I’m ready, one 37-year-old house hunter is quoted as saying.
