Move To The Seaport District Boston & Be Our Neighbor!

As you may know the CondoDomain Boston team has called the Seaport District home for the past 2 years.  Our lease came up this year and we all took a vote to where we want to move out office and everyone said they wanted to stay put.  We sit up on the top floor of 319 A Street (a Goldman Properties) loft building which has the charm of the old traditional ‘soho-like’ brick & beam loft which simply can not be duplicated.

Within the Seaport District, new luxury condominium buildings have blossomed up over the years starting with Channel Center, then Court Square Press and most recently the Allele, the Macallen and our favorite FP3.  With the mass movement to turn this downtown & waterfront neighborhood into a residential mecca, along comes the retail, restaurants and street-life.

The Seaport District has always been packed with creativity because of the large artist community that exists in the Seaport District, but this new breath of community and residential condominiums and lofts has started a big up-life in the nightlife in the Seaport District.  Read about all of the retail and restaurant reviews we did in the Seaport District here.

Right now there are 33 condo & loft units for sale in the Seaport District.

They range from the $369,000 Studio @ FP3 to the $1.399M 2bed, 2bath at Court Square Press.

There are also some more “pocket listings” that have not been posted on the MLS, but give us a call and we are sure to tell you all about them — after all this is our “hood”.

So come on down and check out the Seaport District – the hippest and one of Boston’s best neighborhood and soon to be Boston’s most desirable!!
