As of yesterday, the BRA has approved a $125 million condo project in Boston.
This 325 condo unit new development will be located in Chinatown. Construction on this exciting new development of Chinatown condos will take place in approximately a year and will be completed in two.
According to the Boston Business Journal, the developers, Parcel 24 LLC, is aiming to make these new condo units affordable and include environmentally friendly components such as Energy Star appliances, highly durable materials, and efficient utility systems.
Always good news to hear that another developer is trying to go green!
