Just checked out the new stuff…
First, after viewing properties in my neighborhood, I realized that:
1. Sort of missed seeing all the different ideas you get from new homes
2. What a “steal” our place was…and how (in my eyes) it is incomparable.
Some suggestions/feedback:
When you say “all bathrooms” or “all bedrooms” it’s confusing. I got what you were saying, but perhaps “no specification for bathroom” or “no bathroom criteria” … I don’t know.
The “picture” function is quite awesome, and something I had not experienced on other sites like Redfin etc. – It really makes the various parts of a neighborhood look attractive.
There a “wait time” that is a little longer than expected when clicking on the details of a property, but I’m sure that’s the volume of people using the system
What if you were to add pizazz … A section with “random facts about …” Or if you’re in this area, grab a bite to eat at …because so and so recommended…
The house “hunt” can be tiring and you don’t take time to “see” the coolness of a city…and you’re often stopping to grab a bite to eat!
