Years ago the construction of Regatta Riverview on Museum Way in Cambridge was a big deal. Although they were beautiful units and located right off of 93 making commuting a breeze, they were truly located on bit of an island. Happily there’s been a lot of development in the vicinity over the past few years and a new neighborhood, North Point, has been arisen. North Point currently is made up of a few luxury rental buildings, Regatta, the newly built North Point condominiums, and two beautiful parks right on the banks of the Charles. Soon, it will be home to the brand new green line Lechmere stop, several new restaurants, office spaces, and much much more. Now’s your chance to become a part of this budding neighborhood–you won’t be disappointed! Click here to read more about the neighborhood and its future:
The gem, in my opinion, of the neighborhood are the North Point condos. Built in 2008, the project consists of two buildings–one with open, airy lofts, the other with more traditional style flats and duplexes. Both buildings boast the highest quality construction, top of the line finishes, sleek modern style, and a floor plan for every taste. Ranging from studios to 2+ bedroom units at all price points, you’ll undoubtedly find what you’re looking for at North Point. The kitchens feature Italian cabinetry, quartz counters (white on white is my color preference although there are options for all palates), and stainless steel appliances. Other notable features are earth friendly bamboo floors and oversized windows.
Now’s the time to consider North Point if you haven’t already. The developer has made some recent price reductions making these homes even more desirable. Call us today for your private tour! Tour Northpoint Condos Online
