Oh, my final comment is:
The housing looks nice, But it maybe be overpriced. The mean on these is $1 million, which is about three times the average price of a home in Natick.

Who is going to pay that when property prices are falling at over 1% a month. You have to be very rich (and maybe a bit foolish) to lock into a $10,000 a month price hit.

I surfed into this website.

These sorts of properties, tied into Malls are quite common in Hong Kong, where I live. And they are often next to mass transit rail stops.

This means that there is little need for a car in Hong Kong.

It’s about time this type of living was introduced in the USA, so I’m glad to see it.
