The DTX area needs some life ... this will bring it. I hope other developers jump on the opportunity to build around the Filene's building. Then, when this building is done, the neighborhood will be all better. Having the students in the neighborhood won't be a bad thing ... they will bring 24-hour a day life to an otherwise moribund neighborhood. This looks awesome!
