Decade ago it was a small high-tech company with really good prospects in future. But I am sure that nobody predicted such a great success that time. It is not such a surprise if thinking about the company now. It was small team with the special spirit. Boss and owner in one person was very encouraging and innovative. He really stressed importance of company culture and identity.  Everything in a company was totally different from everything else (Relationship between boss and employees, premises, team building activities). Company was pioneering new model of successful high-tech company. Recently I have read about company culture in Google and it is quite similar to my former job</description>
