Its is a renters dream!! They are no longer going to be condos just yet. They will be renting them. I just toured this place the other day and loved it! The company that is running the show over there is Patriot Real Estate Group. I got in touch with Andy over there and he was very knowledgable about this place and the area in general.I am just pending approval to move in. These 2 buildings were so well constructed with all the nice touches, High end granite, Differant floor and cabinet options, beautiful GE Profile appliances. The part that had sold me was the big bed rooms and closet space in most units. They are doing move in specials, and i got a great deal for what they offer. If anyone is interested in some contact info to rent over there this is what I got.
