All have at least 1 parking space. Fireplaces, decks with views, many units highly upgraded, Shipways is an excellent place to live. All units have at least 2 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. Shipway Place was the first condo development to be completed in the Navy Yard in 1985/6.
