Spring For a Fab Boston Roof Deck

Spring is here and even though we aren’t exactly feeling those springtime temps (get here already!) it’s nice to know that the warm weather is eventually going to arrive in Boston.

We all know those days when the sun is shining, you can finally throw some flip flops on, and you’re just itching to get out of work at exactly 4:59pm because you just HAVE TO GET OUTSIDE! Sure, there are several restaurants boasting outdoor patios that are absolutely fabulous (ie. Tias, Fiore, Croma, Scoozi, etc.) but eventually you tire of the crowds. Nothing sounds better than relaxing outside with a cold beer & some great friends.

Oh, the roof deck. The “backyard” to all of us concrete jungle dwellers. The problem is, who has one? If you are one of the lucky ones to own a Boston condo with a private roof deck, I admit I am quite jealous. However, I know there are many of you out there without your very own private roof deck. If you are without a private roof deck in Boston, you are left with two options: Make sure you are friends with someone who owns a roof deck in Boston OR you can always buy your own Boston condo with a roof deck. While the first option is obviously the most affordable…I don’t necessarily recommend using someone for outdoor space in the city.
