Our most favorite new development under construction here in Boston’s Back Bay is The Clarendon. Partly because its being developed by The Related Group, partly because of our most favorite onsite sales agent Cathy Angelini, partly because it is a gorgeous building inside and out with the best of the best of everything, but mostly because of its ultimate location!
The Clarendon is going to sit right on the corner of Stuart Street & Clarendon Street. 1 Block to Boylston, 1 Block to Columbus, 1 Block to Back Bay Station, 2 Blocks to Newbury, it goes on and on. It is hands down the best location in Boston.
We received a full private tour and presentation on The Clarendon last week and it is truly amazing. At this time we can not publish much of the details (prior to their launch), but take it from us…this is going to be the best full service building in Boston.
As the sales center prepares to open and release pricing (hopefully really soon) we will continue to update you with more information on The Clarendon. We do predict the pricing to come in around $1300 – $1500 per sq/ft … but that is just our guesstimate by looking at location, quality, views & product.
