    Dear Sir/Madam,

I would like to have more information about The Clarendon in Back Bay. I will study at Suffolk University and I believe that this buliding is not far. When will be the building finish??? Because I would like to move to Boston in mid or end of August. I am interested in an one bedroom condo with a nice view. I would like to spend till 800k. Is a parking in the one bedroom condo a parking space include, or if not it would be possible to buy one?
It would be very nice if you could send me some Info by email. I am international buyer and I would like to pay cash. Do you think the prices are fixed or it would be possible to negotiate?

    Thank you very much!

    Kind regards,
    Jörg
