Today on The Boston Condo Loft we’d like to spotlight one of our favorite historic Boston neighborhoods: Beacon Hill. We love the antique look and feel, gorgeous architecture and history that lines the brick sidewalks, making it the perfect place for your new Boston home.

The History: Once owned by Reverend William Blackstone, who was the first European to settle in Boston, you can imagine the history behind this beautiful neighborhood. According to Wikipidea, Beacon Hill has housed many notable figures including Louisa May Alcott, Robert Frost and John Hancock.

Shop ’til You Drop: Most of the shopping can be found on Charles Street, where you can find perfect gifts at Crush Boutique or delectable gourmet chocolates at Beacon Hill Chocolates.

Fine Dining: If you fancy yourself a foodie, then you’re in luck! Beacon Hill offers a plethora of fine dining options like Mooo, The Paramount and The Hungry I.

Featured Properties Available: Head on over to Boston Condo Domain to view the latest on the Beacon Hill market. Our current listings include 50 Beacon St Unit #3, 42 Garden St Unit #1,  and 63 West Cedar St Unit #4.
