#1 – FP3 Boston (Seaport District)
Developer: Berkeley
Architect: Hacin + Associates
Marketing: ResMark
Price Range: $300K – $2.0M

Winner of the most prestigious Housing Award for 2009 granted by American Institute of Architects, FP3 is still our favorite new condo development in Boston.  Developed by Berkeley Investments, FP3 will be one of the first luxury buildings developed in his new and thriving Fort Point Channel neighborhood.

The original buildings at FP3 have remained with a three-story addition added to the top and a new building, matching the brick facade of the original has also been added. The old and new work together to create this unique Fort Point Channel loft development. The older buildings were built around 1900 and were wool warehouses for the Boston Wharf Company. Because the lower levels of these buildings were used for selling goods, the windows were built quite large to allow a large amount of light into the rooms. This is just one example of the unique architecture at FP3 Lofts. The buildings that make up the FP3 Lofts, both old and new, all have a variety of different floorplans, no two condos or lofts are exactly the same. FP3 Boston offers studios, two bedroom lofts up to 2000 square feet with booming downtown views!

Amenities include a large shared terrace, on-site dining, bicycle storage, and concierge service. Parking for FP3 is not available onsite but owners will have guaranteed rights to park across the street in the Stillings Street garage.  More Information on FP3 Lofts

Showings:  If you are interested in touring any of these buildings please make sure to contact us. Our Boston condo team is very familiar with each one of these buildings and remember – when you buy with CondoDomain – you save $$$ thousands in commissions!
