“The Donald” finally sold his little investment fixer-upper on Palm Beach Island.
Mr. Trump which originally had listed the home for $125M recently lowered the price to $100M in which it ultimately sold. It is a Palm Beach record, but not a U.S record.
Just think if the co-broke commission on this property was 3%, CondoDomain.com could have saved the buyer $2,995,000 (or we could have just fled the country with a $3M commission check)

The 80,000-square-foot property at 515 N. County Road sits on 6 acres and has 475 feet of unobstructed oceanfront, making the price per linear foot $210,526.
Donald Trump has a contract for $100 million to sell the Palm Beach estate he bought for $41.35 million in 2004.
