Weymouth The New Hollywood?

The Boston Herald reports today that more scouting for an East Coast Hollywood continues. We have been very involved with scouting for residential and some commercial real estate since Massachusetts lifted off with its new tax incentives for major motion pictures here.

Recently we helped with some location & condo / apartment scouting for The Departed (starring Jack Nicholson), The Woman (starring Meg Ryan) and are currently helping a new client place a super luxury Boston condo for an upcoming Disney movie coming to Boston starring Sandra Bullock. So if you are a movie scout or a new production team interested in learning more about Boston and our neighborhoods & buildings, feel free to contact us anytime @ 877 852 6636.
