Winter is here, but FP3 remains Hot

We love the AIA award winning FP3 Residences – apparently, so do buyers looking for a unique first class property in an amazing neighborhood. FP3 has been one of the most popular properties in town for awhile now. We think it’s not just the amazing architecture, high end contemporary finishes, unique floor plans, huge private terraces and value but also the neighborhood. We love the neighborhood so much, we moved our office to Fort Point just a couple of years ago! Not only do we think this is the place to be, so do many others. According to the BRA, over 40% of under review, permitted or under construction development is happening in this area. That’s an astounding figure.

I called my buddy Joe Laurano, the director of operations for Berkeley Investments, which developed and markets the popular FP3 condominium complex, to get the latest. “Since July 2009, despite the fickle economy, FP3 has performed consistently. With roughly three closings per month since that time, we recently achieved the 70% sold benchmark – we are very pleased,” Laurano said. “We are confident the solid performance with continue.”

I’m impressed! This is an amazing property, and the window of opportunity to live at FP3 is closing. The remaining homes are priced from $369,000 to $2M. If you are interested in seeing what the buzz is about, call or email us today.
